Aaron was the Chief Sponsor of the EB-5 Reauthorisation Bill in 2012. At the age of 27, he was the youngest Congressman and raised over $40 Mn in funding for Illinois. In 2013, Aaron led a high-level delegation with Shalabh to visit Mr. Narendra Modi (who was then Chief Minister of Gujarat) – an event that helped end NaMo’s diplomatic isolation from the world and eventually become the Prime Minister of India.
